Summary of Key Duties for this position: • Supports engineering functions for a fabrication are or process laboratory. • Evaluates new processes, products, and/or isolates process problems. • May design simple process experiments. • Implements, collects results, maintains appropriate logs, and provides oral and/or written reports of results. • Monitors process controls, materials, and supplies. • May be required to ensure correct functioning and identify any discrepancies. • Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. • Advise operators and inform engineers regarding processes, procedures, and equipment. • Must be a team player, willing to work shift work, extended shifts, overtime and possible travel, if required to support schedule. • Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Top Secret Clearance.

Desired Skills: Experience with component level, CCA, black box electrical, antenna testing, mechanical testing (acceleration, vibration and mass properties) setups and testing. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
