Robinhood was founded on a simple idea: that our financial markets should be accessible to all. With customers at the heart of our decisions, Robinhood is lowering barriers and providing greater access to financial information. Together, we are building products and services that help create a financial system everyone can participate in.

As we continue to build...

We're seeking curious thinkers looking to co-author the next chapters of our story. Joining now means helping shape our vision, structures and systems; playing a key-role as we launch into our ambitious future.

The Technical Program Management function is composed of strong TPMs with varied experience across the industry. The team is poised to be the single threaded program driver and owner for large scale, technically complex, cross- org initiatives aligned with company priorities. In addition to this, the TPMs are also in the best position to drive engineering wide initiatives to bring the rigor towards creating visibility against roadmaps, managing competing priorities and dependencies beyond programs the team is driving.

The focus of the leader of the TPM team will be to transition the team to its next phase of impact. In doing so, they will play a pivotal role in building the practice infrastructure for the engineering org, along with peers in the Tech programs org.

An ideal candidate is an excellent leader and has experience influencing teams of different disciplines to deliver results in a timeline manner. Setting the TPM vision and direction which aligns with the needs of the Engineering Leadership Team, ability to demonstrate systems thinking and designing systems to help solve scaling issues, a strong understanding of how to use data to drive decision making and designs, and identifying trends and implementing changes are all key success areas.
