Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a Program Planner to join our mission supporting Deep Space Exploration within our Commercial Civil Space (CCS) line of business. As part of the planning team, you will conduct and manage various activities for programs and proposals:

Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will…

• Interface with programs, proposal teams, and product teams on schedule related topics

• Identify and drive planning process improvements for the line of business

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules in MS Project Server

• Combine multi-functional inputs to encompass the end-to-end program lifecycle

• Conduct critical path & risk analyses and output into actionable data for the Program

• Communicate schedule impacts and develop corrective action proposals

• Develop schedules that incorporate contractual scope, workflow, and resources

#LockheedMartinSpacePME Basic Qualifications: • Previous planning/scheduling/project management experience

• Familiar with planning tools such as Microsoft Project or comparable planning tool Desired Skills: • Earned Value Management experience

• Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Acumen, OpenPlan and One Pager Pro

• Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of a spacecraft program

• Understanding of the Program Performance Management Process

• Proposal experience

• Demonstrated competency in integrating cost/schedule

• Prior team lead experience

• Ability to perform critical path and risk analyses

• Strong influencing and relationship management skills

• Desire and willingness to support dynamic proposal activities

• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team

• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills

• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with attention to detail

• Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible. Ability to Work Remotely: Part- time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
