About the team + role

Robinhood is looking to hire a Litigation Data Administrator to join our legal team. This role will support the Third Party Response Team within the firm's Litigation, Arbitration and Regulatory Enforcement Legal Team.

We are looking for a highly adaptable and collaborative person who can handle ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities with flexibility and patience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to our mission to democratize finance for all.

What you'll do
  • Process civil and criminal subpoenas, including gathering documents, preparing responses, communicating with attorneys and clients, and handling a large volume of work within set target dates.
  • Provide administrative support to the litigation group, including in responding to regulatory and litigation requests
  • Formulate search parameters to obtain responsive data from internal and external databases
  • Provide information responsive to requests in a variety of formats as needed
  • Assist with special projects as necessary

  • A fast learner who is comfortable adapting to new processes and technology
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team and working independently to get the job done
  • Strong organizational skills and experience with data analysis
  • Highest level of accuracy and superb attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years experience in an in-house legal department, law-firm or related field.

  • The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan.

    US Zone 1: $40.8 - $48 per hour US Zone 2: $35.7 - $42 per hour US Zone 3: $32.3 - $38 per hour

    Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. You can view comp zones for our US office locations in the table below. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
