Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our existing clients, fostering long-term relationships, and driving customer retention.

Job Responsibilities
  • Explore new business prospects and engage potential clients.

  • Reach out to potential customers to demonstrate our company's products or services.

  • Conduct negotiations on pricing and terms with prospective clients.

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

  • Provide training sessions to clients on our software solutions, optimizing their usage and maximizing value.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues.

  • Regularly conduct account reviews to assess customer satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any concerns.

  • Monitor customer health and engagement, implementing strategies to increase retention and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Escalate critical issues to appropriate channels and ensure timely resolution.

  • Requirements Candidate Required Skills
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years as a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role in the IT industry.

  • Familiarity with technology solutions, particularly in areas such as AI or ML.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Any graduate/post-graduate degree, preferably in Computer science / Information technology.
