Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients, fostering long-term relationships, and driving customer retention.

Responsibilities and deliverables:
  • Hunt new business opportunities and customers.

  • Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.

  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers.

  • Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities.

  • Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of LeewayHertz products and services for expert guidance to clients.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and service expansion to maximize customer value.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.

  • Analyze customer data and feedback to derive insights for product enhancement and development.

  • Act as an advocate for the customer within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard in decision-making processes.

  • Provide training and support resources to optimize clients' use of LeewayHertz solutions.

  • Monitor key customer success metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Requirements Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar client- facing role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Familiarity with technology solutions, particularly in areas such as AI or ML.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.

  • Experience:
  • Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of total work experience.

  • Candidates having working experience in the IT-Software/ Software Services/ AI development industry will be given preference.

  • Knowledge of Confluence and Jira will be a plus point.

  • Qualification:
  • Any graduate/post-graduate degree, preferably in Computer science / Information technology.
