Customer Success Manager Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted): Apply expert level technical skills to drive successful customer outcomes with company hybrid cloud and AI growth offerings. Use case identification, solution architecture design, MVP builds, and adoption of internal growth offerings that run on Red Hat OpenShift. Guide IT executives through the changes needed to unlock the full value of hybrid cloud, show users how to get value out of their solutions, identify expansion opportunities, and work with the renewal team to ensure execution of the renewal process. Understand customer business and technology needs, become the face of company to the customer. Serve as a trusted technical expert for the customer's cloud migration, deployment, and adoption of hybrid cloud and AI growth offerings. Define a course of action that takes the aforementioned technologies into account and build a plan of action for the client to successfully deploy the internal growth software offerings, which includes internal cloud Pak's for data, automation and integration. Utilize: Solution Architecture, Business Framing, Data Analytics, AI (Artificial Intelligence), Virtualization/Containerization/Orchestration, Cloud computing/Hybrid Cloud and Microservices. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related and two (2) years of experience as a Portfolio Integration Manager, Senior Solutions Architect or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing Solution Architecture, Business Framing, Data Analytics, AI, Virtualization/Containerization/Orchestration, Cloud computing/Hybrid Cloud and Microservices. $188,416.80 per year.
