The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in implementing and configuring marketing automation and/or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or similar systems.
Demonstrated success in growing and managing a robust user base, utilizing advanced digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques to effectively engage, nurture, and retain customers.
A deep understanding of and a strong inclination towards the rapidly evolving crypto, blockchain, and technology industries, accompanied by the ability to adapt to market developments and apply current trends in digital marketing to achieve growth objectives.
Proficiency in written and spoken English is compulsory, with fluency in Spanish regarded as a highly desirable asset in order to facilitate seamless communication with various teams and audiences within the organization.
The capability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and demonstrating strong initiative, in addition to possessing excellent problem- solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
