These assignments include Model Based Systems Design, Performance Modeling, Requirements Development, Hardware & Software Integration, Test and Analysis for these large scale computer systems. To effectively execute on these assignments it is necessary to demonstrate technical proficiency using such tools as DOORs, MATLAB, JIRA, Linux / Unix and Windows OE. Engineer will execute specific tasks as part of a team and must demonstrate leadership, teamwork, strong communication skills, and cross- functional problem solving ability. Basic Qualifications: Basic Qualifications : Enrolled at a accredited college or university seeking a bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science discipline - Computer skills including knowledge of Windows, as well as strong proficiency in Linux / Unix scripting, - Strong verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
