The Ford Motor Credit Company team helps put people behind the wheels of great Ford and Lincoln vehicles. By partnering with dealerships, we provide financing, personalized service, and professional expertise to five thousand dealers and more than four million customers in over one hundred countries around the world.

We are looking for the next Brand Marketing team member responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote and advance the Ford Credit brand and associated products, including customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty. This role involves working closely with the product team and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and customer experiences. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and creative skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Partner with Product Organization and relevant cross-functional teams (internal and external) to define and execute go-to-market strategies. This includes project plans, marketing materials, partnership with channel owners and leading activation of elements that will drive awareness and conversion of new products.

• Drive strategy and execution of in-market experiments and creative testing to facilitate product validation.

• Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns, conduct competitive analysis, and stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve the brand's positioning and visibility in the market.

• Lead best practices consolidation and strategy to drive growth of product roadmap.

• Strategic planning in collaboration with Marketing Communications and Product organizations.

Qualifications

You'll have

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Brand or Product Marketing, Brand Communications, and/or Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing, business administration, or a related field of study
  • Foundational marketing: positioning, marketing campaigns, go to market strategy.
  • Experience with Omnichannel and eco-system thinking.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and brand strategy
  • Performance marketing and reporting.
  • Experience working cross functionally and leading teams (internal & external) through collaboration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to lead consumer research, analyze relevant information to develop insights and make informed decisions.
  • Project management skills.

  • Experience as Product Marketing Manager is a plus.
