About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months program designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds' leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. You will be hired under a junior fixed-term contract.
Our Binance Accelerator Program - Welcome event, starts the first Monday of every month (June 5th, July 3rd, etc).
Who may apply
Current undergraduate/graduate students and fresh graduates.

The Binance Accelerator Program offers the opportunity for students, fresh graduates, or career switchers to work in web3 for 6 months.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
Support new cases for onboarding / offboarding process, documentation, and other data updating in related work, always improving the employee onboarding experience
Assist in the collation and editing of employment letters and required documents
Follow HR SSC workflow to support the data record and control to improve the employee experience
Implement the quality control process in order to meet employees' expectations
Support data maintenance in the HR system for new hires and regular employees
Work with HR Ops members to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations
Assist with payroll activities
Work on other ad hoc matters as and when required
Key requirements:
Sense of confidentiality and compliance
Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies
Good English communication skills in both written and oral
Good command of MS Office applications like WORD, EXCEL, etc.
Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders
Strong communication skills in building and sustaining work relationships
Patient and sensitive to data
Team player and a quick learner
