Your Role and Responsibilities
Managing the overall relationship between customer for delivery of Application Development as well as Maintenance (ADM) services for Hybrid Cloud Services(HCS).
Overall accountable in meeting the agreed-to Service Levels and serve as the point-of-contact for execution of all the contracts associated with Hybrid Cloud Services(HCS).
Ensure customer needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the project office, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction for customer
Provide account leadership to the delivery team and direct teams to deliver solutions to meet contract deliverables.
Manage end to end delivery and governance, lead the status review cadence weekly/ monthly with customer senior leadership.
Manage successful transition of Application and Services in scope. Transition new applications under AMS contract using Application Development to Application Maintenance (ADAM) process.
Manages any Contract Change Request, corresponding FTE /revenue discussion and negotiations with customer.
Identify new opportunities, develop the proposals for new opportunities for customer and present to the customer stakeholders. Develop contract pricing solutions, negotiation discussions with customer and finally prepare Statement of Work (SOW) /Project Change Request (PCR) and get it signed from customer.
Work with customer leadership team to articulate the contract terms, SLAs, coverage, support & scope on Service Management & Governance.
Review the Contract / Statement of Work (SOW) and the contractual responsibilities of both Parties with the customer management; & perform, negotiate, and implement Contract Change Request for any scope creep or additional business with customer.
Lead meetings with customer on monthly metrics review, weekly operational status etc.
Drive the new opportunities for enhancing the business. Have frequent meetings/workshops with offerings leaders to come up with the opportunities /solutions suiting the customer needs.
Track financials, invoicing and contract registrations
Guide the Program Managers, Project Managers/Architects for delivery excellence. Have regular connect with them to understand any delivery challenges and guide them for closure
Provide trust and leadership, coaching and support to team members for optimum results and retention. Have one-on-meetings to groom them.
Hire and induct new resource to strengthen skills and capability, if required and improve capability in their area of responsibility.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelors degree is required to perform this role. This role is responsible for leading a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. They provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status updates and requests for support to project stakeholders. To perform all these roles Bachelor's degree is required. Some of the skills needed are as below
• IPPF (Integrated Program Planning and Forecasting) - Submitting Project Forecasts monthly, Creating roadmaps for the project• SalesCloud tools for management of future opportunities, quarterly roadmaps• SDM GPE tool for Pricing• Usage of Rational Portfolio Manager, MS Projects, JIRA for project management• Good understanding of financials tracking and management

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job- related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
This position is eligible for participation in an IBM Sales Incentive plan. Actual incentive opportunity will be based on performance and the eligible Target Incentive, as addressed in the applicable plan, all of which is subject to change. The compensation range listed for this position is the IBM Reference Salary that is used when you are not actively participating in a sales plan. Your actual base pay plus incentive opportunity will be determined by the Incentive Plan assigned to you.
