Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to join our team and lead the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) solutions. As an AI Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of AI engineers and data scientists, driving process improvements, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI projects.
Responsibilities and deliverables:Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AI engineers and data scientists, ensuring the successful execution of AI projects from inception to deployment.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of AI professionals, including performance management, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
AI Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for AI/ML implementation and driving innovation.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment, while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of AI and ML technologies, frameworks, algorithms, and tools, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, and leveraging this knowledge to guide the team in selecting appropriate solutions.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, provide guidance on complex issues, and promote a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement within the team.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as product management, data engineering, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scopes, and ensure successful implementation.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and project reports, to effectively communicate project progress, results, and recommendations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.
Good experience on Generative AI, LLMs- OpenAI, Django framework, Flask Framework, Langchain, Fine-tuning models, Indexing- Embeddings.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, R, or Java.
In-depth knowledge of AI/ML techniques, algorithms, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sci-kit-learn.
Experience with cloud platforms and services as AWS for scalable AI/ML deployments.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience in driving process improvements and optimizing AI workflows.
