Job Description

This role involves applying Project Management principles, engineering principles, and analytical techniques in support of delivering various ADAS commodities to vehicle applications. The Project Manager is responsible We are looking for a team player. You will be able to assist with feature delivery by connecting all the dots required to deliver ADAS with quality. You will not only learn but have hands-on opportunities to experience all the ADAS features. It's an exciting team to be part of!

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Facilitate and organize forums including setting agenda topics, identifying key stakeholders, documenting discussions, and tracking follow-up items
  • Work across the ADAS Systems V with Design & Release Engineers, feature owners, program integration engineers, suppliers to help identify risks, define workstreams, and escalate issues
  • Lead fleet management of dedicated ADAS vehicles and maintain vehicle scheduling
  • Enforce company policies for prototype vehicle usage, camouflage requirements, and bailment approvals
  • Understand basic ADAS requirements and feature behavior
  • Identify and improve team process, documentation, and communication channels, and align the team to specific objectives.
  • Work with Powertrain, Chassis, and HMI interfaces
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to review and correct ADAS- related configuration settings in modules including IPMA, BCM, ABS, APIM, IPC, etc. on all programs
  • Qualifications

    You'll have

  • 1+ years project management experience
  • 1+ years of technical experience
  • Associates degree in engineering technology project management or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and establish trust and positive relationships across teams
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across multiple leadership levels amongst peer organizations, product teams and business partners
  • Self-starter with ability to operate in an ambiguous environment
  • Willing to work on a highly collaborative team (60+ Engineers) fulfilling different roles and fill gaps
  • Proactive attitude and not afraid to ask questions
  • A curiosity towards new technologies that may benefit the team and a strong desire to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and become productive in new concepts quickly Technically inclined product manager
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Even better, you may have

  • Behavioral Leadership (ability to handle difficult situations and build relationships)
  • Prior experience coaching/mentoring teams •
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Global business acumen - Marketing, Order to Delivery and Product Development
  • Understanding of CAN networking
  • Previous ADAS experience
